UnitedHealth Continuity Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Continuity of Care (COC) is a health plan process that, under certain conditions, provides members with short term, temporary coverage for care received from a former, non-participating provider. The Continuity of Care process acts as a “bridge to coverage” for those in the middle of an “active course of treatment” as you transition from your old plan to your new UnitedHealthcare plan.
A former case manager of United Health Continuity of Care shared that they have quantity over quality, poor training, no communication unless its for an issue, standard operation procedure are not clear and concise. Management doesn't care if your over loaded, you keep getting more and more members.
Hmmm - sounds just like healthcare in the United States! A total oxymoron. They do not care about your health, I think that's the only thing they are united on.
